As a leading manufacturer of Grade 0 high-precision silicon nitride ceramic rollers, we specialize in delivering uncompromising quality for the most demanding engineering challenges. Our products range from miniature sizes (down to 2×2 mm) to medium dimensions (45×45 mm), all manufactured to the strictest Grade 0 (G0) tolerance class – the highest precision level for cylindrical rollers.

Our miniature D2×L2 mm rollers are widely used in dental turbine bearings operating at speeds up to 600,000 rpm. The low mass and ultra-smooth surface enable vibration-free, quiet operation essential for patient comfort and surgical precision.

In chip bonders, wafer handling robots, and hard disk drive spindles, our rollers provide the low particle generation and non-magnetic properties required for ISO Class 5–6 cleanrooms. The electrical insulation also prevents current-induced bearing failures in sensitive electronic manufacturing equipment.
